Hello Team,

Just want check, we have two store once devices, one is primary backup and another is secondary copy.

For secondary store once planning to configure airgap solution.

Please advise, shall we replicate one catalyst to another catalyst in two devices with out Commvault aux copy. In this case will restore data any time from secondary copy.

The secondary store once is connected another media agent server which is in different site.

You can make the 3rd copy come from either device. It might be beneficial to copy the data from the primary so you can copy both at once, otherwise you will have to wait until the secondary is up to date before copying to AGP

Hi @Damian Andre,

Thanks for your update.

Hi Anand,

You can use the Auxcopy feature,

https://documentation.commvault.com/2024e/expert/support_for_hpe_storeonce_catalyst_storage.html

Note:

Auxiliary copy to another StoreOnce, tape and/or disk media is supported.
Data multiplexing is not supported and should not be enabled.
Inline Copies and Parallel copies are not supported.

Regards,

Wasim
