Hello,

Please I nedd your help,

I’ve tried to resolve issues regarding the cappacity so i found out that I’ve exceeded the capacity and the VOI ( 80 allowed VMs ==> used 81) so I deleted 5 VMs, My question now is it possible to use data agging to liberate capacity because I need to do it now so I can resume the ongoing backups that are suspended now

First read the page carefully. Most likely all activity in the cell is impacted because you exceeded the licensed capacity. In order to get activity back you can reset it allowing all operations to resume. In the meantime you can look into decreasing the amount of protected TBs. The VOI breach should indeed not be the issue as it will continue to operation until you reached 110%. The amount of protected FET is calculated based on the last full backup of all clients. See the TIP section in the link for additional information.

Good luck!

Please follow the procedure as written on this documentation page to reset the license capacity. This allows you to resume operations and resolve the license issue.
