Hello All.
A customer is running IBM Netcool for monitoring of current infrastructure and applications. They made mention that Netcool is making use of webhooks to receive alerts and notifications.
I am not getting any results around Commvault’s configuration of webhooks.
Does anyone have any information if this is available and how to configure it?

Ok, that definitely sounds like they are looking to utilize REST then.
Tell them to check out this site and see if they have any questions:

Do you have any info on what Netcool expects a result to look like, or what type of input they want to connect?

Apologies for the delayed response.
I had a brief look at it but to be honest I am not 100% to interpret or configure APIs to make use of webhooks to send alerts.
The Netcool team also mentioned that it should be possible to retrieve a payload example and provide to them.
If you can guide me in the right direction it would be appreciated.
