The alert displays the # of deleted files it has detected. Is there a way to be able to display or list these files?

Good day!
We monitor the activity on the files/folders getting information from the OS
Unfortunately we wont save the list of files that are modified/deleted.We can only view the path information for the file anamolies from the thread indicator dashboard
