unable to restore vm

i having an issue that i need to restore vm in the huawei vrm. 

the error is as below : 

Error Code : [91:42]

description : unable to open the disks for virtual machine [VM]. Please ensure that the proxy is able to communicate with the ESX host and resolve the ESX host address. also verify that the disks types configured to the virtual machine are supported. 

**backup without any issue

** i use commvault to backup virtual machine in Huawei VRM.

Hi CHLing,

Please check 35001 port to CNA and 7443 port to VRM opened for VSA proxy access to restore VM.

is that restore using SAN mode if so check it has write access and common disk provision type selected. And refer to these BOL pages.

  • If you are using a Windows proxy, ensure that you are restoring the VM to a different CNA host than the host where the VSA proxy resides. You can use a proxy that is outside of the FusionCompute environment.
  • For restores to a SAN datastore, the VSA proxy must have write access.

To use SAN transport, the disk provisioning must be Common.
