Hey,

I have a question about DFS:
In the area CN=System you can find the backed up DFS part which can be restored. However, this does not provide me with any further information about, for example, the DFS paths behind it at the time of the backup or the permissions that were entered.

Is there at Commvault the possibility to get more detailed into the backed up AD points to DFS. So that one does not have to make a "half-blind" restore.

DFS is part of the system state so it will be seen during the system state portion of the backup though it is backed up as flat files so it may be difficult to find the information that you are looking for from logging.
