Linux one touch backup completing with error+ system state backup fails

HI All,

We are facing issue with the some of the redhat servers having system state failed. upon checking the errors, have got the below. Can you please help to track down the issue? some disks being marked as validated and some are not, not sure why is that. Attached the logs for your reference.

Hi @Ashok Somasundaram,

It looks like the most common cause of this issue is that the storage has been remove from the operating system but it still mounted. Can you try check if /dev/sda1 is mounted somewhere and accessible ?

Validate if FSTAB is correct - but I think you will find it refers to disks or devices which are no longer there.

 

There is another error relating to /mnt/suricata (device = /dev/mapper/nvme-suricata)

mountpoint is either on device which is not properly configured or on mixed supported and unsupported device!!

 

Anything special about this device? is it in a RAID config? is it some sort of hybrid flash / HDD configuration?
