Exchange Database Recover Messages

Thanks for confirming outlook is installed, is it 2013?

Have you ever been able to browse / restore from this client or is this a brand new setup?

Also, before we start digging into the logs, can you please verify every single prerequisite has been completed (as not doing even just one of these can cause this issue)

thanks for your reply. 

we already have another dag in the same domain which is working fine as a backup and restore.

we are using the same proxy to backup and restore the new exchange 2019 in another domain but we face the issue in the restore phase.

i have tried to do a restore without browsing any mailbox just to see which error will pop up and i got this one. 

Error Code: [72:106]
Description: Restore failed with exception [Mailbox not found.]
