Hi @Emils

Thanks.

Checked the security settings on the path and noticed the user for commvault was not in the list. I added it and seems ok now.

But now error has changed to failed to insert record on some chunks

Hi @Afeez

Access denied errors typically occurs when one of the following occurs:

  1. The service account used for Commvault does not have access to the Log + Base Directory nor the MagLib Path
  2. The documented AV exclusions are not in place
  3. A storage related errors which is stopping access to the Chunk and its associated blocks which may not reside in the same location mentioned in the error (G:\CV_MAGNETIC\V_363047)

Can you please check AV exclusions are in place and any accounts used as service accounts have read/write access to all mountpaths, Log folders & base?
