Transfer ownership of commcell

When I tried transfer ownership from one user to another. I am not able to confirm whether ownership is transfered.

@Someones , thanks for clarifying!  I would advise a 2 step action here:

  1. Check the GUI Audit Trail to see if it was recorded
  2. If not, open a support case to have them confirm transfer (for your own peace of mind)
  3. Ask for a CMR to be requested to ensure the feedback is sent/documented

Once you create the case, share it with me here so I can track it accordingly.

Can you clarify on what you were doing when this (didn’t) happen?

Were you transferring ownership of a schedule?  Another entity?

We are trying to transfer ownership of user entity. 

From one user to another user. 

 

From security-->comcell users
