UpdateIndex initialization failed for Oracle db incremental

Hello All, 

I am getting UpdateIndex initialization failed for  sap for oracle db while schedule backup running incremental and it will failed, when we retriggered it will convert increment backup to full backup and it will complete. please help how to fix the issue

@Sjain is that all that you see for that job?  We can take a look at the client logs, though knowing how Oracle backups work (and log), it’s probably best if you open a support case directly.

Once you do, can you share the case number so I can track it?

@Sjain can you take a look at the log files and share what you see?

UpdateIndex.log would be a good startm though if that doesn’t have anything for this job ID, then we can check JobManager.log which will show us which process (and therefor log file) we should check.
