CLIENT REGISTRATION PROBLEMS WITH COMMSERVE

Good afternoon, dear sirs,
Please your valuable help with the following case:
I do the local installation of a server with the roles of mediaagent and oracle, although this installation takes time to finish, it finishes but does not register with the commserve, I have already tried several times the installation but always ends the same.
Remotely it has not been possible.

@FeRox , thanks for the post.  I’m assuming you went through the pre-install list and confirmed each item:

If the installation is complete on the server, but the registration didn’t happen, it’s like a name resolution or port issue though it could be an issue with anti virus software locking the files.

Can you check cvd.log on the client to see what errors are displayed?
