Commvault Server event manager is stooped working

Hi Team,

 

I have facing an issue in our commvault , While Adding the new user in Commvault CommCell console , the Commvault Server event manager service is stopped working and also close the CommCell console login.

Kindly request you share any solution for this issue

@Adarsh.op I would recommend to update to the latest maintenance release e.g. 11.28.36. The maintenance release that was released after the version you are running contains an update with the following description:
 

EvMgrs could crash while browsing AD users with unicode characters in a memory pressured environment

If that doesn't solve the issue than please share some additional information like log extractions from the related log files.

What version of CV are you running?  Are you adding the user from the console on the Commserve or from a console running locally on your desktop?

Current CV version is 11.28.24,  i am  try to add the user from Commserve console
