Adding drivers to a 1-touch PE10 iso

Greetings!

So, the instructions at:

https://documentation.commvault.com/11.24/expert/60435_adding_windows_drivers_for_nic_and_mass_storage_devices.html

… state how to add drivers to a WinPE5 disk, which is only windows 8 compatible.  We’re obviously working mostly with servers and (at least in my case), there are no Windows 8 drivers available.  I’ve seen another note where the PE10 drivers uses Windows 2019 (it’s on the 1-touch download page in the store).

However, when trying to add those drivers, the only way I can seen to find is off a system with the filesystem agent installed and apparently only works with the PE5 disk as such:

Where is the method to install updated drivers to PE10, if any?

I seem to have run into a disconnect here. =)

Thank you for any help anyone can provide.

Adding on to the saga, looking at the version-specific expert instructions here:

https://documentation.commvault.com/11.24/expert/60432_adding_drivers_using_cloud_services_web_site.html

… we’re told to go here (I’m right, right?):

… to add drivers for a custom 1-touch dvd.  But there aren’t any “1-touch Boot CD Drivers” options.

Ok - I’ve learned that it’s the cloud.commvault.com/webconsole . Going through the workflow, I’m creatign a zip file:

With either a subfolder with the drivers:

Windows Server 2019… which is supposed to be compatible with their PE10 disks

… or just the files:

… which always leads to this:

I’m working with Commvault support as well… one way or another will post the results here for future victims =)

Update:  In a CV ticket, I’d asked about the Forms workflow and this is was the response:

I’ve responded to the ticket, will let everyone know the outcome!
