We have a Domino 12.0.2FP1 server, what has succeed daily Notes database backups (Incremental, Full), but transactional backups failed with error: [CreateIndex index processing failed - no index archive files.]::Client [OST0VWMA02] Application [CreateIndex] Message Id [234881129] Error code [14:105] Our Commvault version is 11.28.56
The Client and MA have enough free space on disks, MA was restarted. Transaction log backup running for seven hours, error messages are repeated. Uploaded logs are from a short trying, what was killed. But error messages can be seen.
Most interesting part of the JobManager.log for me is: “ArchiveMgr Failed to get valid archive file.” and “Set pending cause [CreateIndex index processing failed - no index archive files.]” Can it be any Domino Server issue? Because it is an upgraded Domino server. We have an another Domino 12.0.2FP1 server, where tran log backups has no any issue.
Does have anybody any idea?
Thanks in advance.

@Sujay kumar Hi! Thanks for your answer. Meanwhile, support case opened and they are working on the solution. I’ll write a short summary after the solution.
A not published additional setting was needed on Domino tran log subclient, but I not allowed to publish it. If you met with the same issue, open a support case and request for a new baseline in tran log backups.
Had exactly the same issue. If the steps would have been here, so I would have save time to resolve it, so there you go (went with 2nd option straight away):
-- Please try reinstalling the commvault agent and check the issue.
-- With the registry key in place, please initiate a FULL job for the default subclient. Then, run an incremental backup for the Transaction Log subclient (with the key in place, it will convert to FULL). Please let us know the results of both jobs.
