Failed to get index information from previous backup VM

Hello i have a error with :  
Cannot get information index drom previous backup when backup VM 

Any ideas for solve this case?

    Hello @Alvian 

    Could you please run a full backup and then run an incremental backup and see if that helps?

    If it does not, please try to browse the VM backup from the last successful backup and confirm if you are able to see the data? A browse of the backups should initiate a Index reconstruction job.
