Hello to all,

We are interesting to deploy Data Isolation / Air Gap (within a traditional Commvault environment) for a secondary site in Azure.

  1. Is there any required Commvault license for Air Gap (in traditional environment, no Commvault Cloud SaaS)
  2. Looking required configuration for the Azure Side.
  3. Best practices for Commvault configuration.

Please for your feedback,
Nikos

Hi @Nikos.Kyrm

Based on the above details we understand the commserve will be deployed on Isolated network for testing the DR activity.

If Its bubble network testing performed we don't need additional license and the DB restore can be done on the new machine and test the configuration.

Hi all,

I found from Commvault this detailed guide for Air Gap implementation.

Although, I’m not sure if it’s updated, because I cant find the VM Power Management functionality.
