Is there way can we edit the Customized RPM Package ( like Commserve hostname or clienthostname)

Thanks for the great questions, not sure if this is the answer you are looking for but the following goes over the creation and install of a new package when one is already present:

You could create a new one with the details you want changed and install it that way.
