I received this error code in one drive backup , I did not find any reason in the logs of this job,
this is the message that I see in the command center about the job:
Do you know what the cause of the failure is?

Hello
Can you advise if this is an issue that happens every backup job?
if you look at the list of users, is it all failing or just one or two?
If you run a job just targeting just the failed user does it fail in the same way?
Can you please advise your version and hotfix?

the issue resolved in the next job,
it was failing with error code 503..
