BMR 1-Touch recovery - Client doesn't boot after successful restore

Hello,

I am currently running BMR 1-Touch recovery tests, but I have a problem when rebooting the client. It remains stuck on the button with a circle that spins to infinity.


I use Commvault version 11.32.65 and ISO 1Touch_REL11_32_63_WinPE10_x64.
The client is a Lenovo P5 with a Windows 10. It has a two partitions and disk has no RAID.

I did 1-Touch recovery tests with a Windows Server 2019 on the machine and didn’t encounter any problems.
Backups and restores do not report errors on the Commserve and go all the way.

It looks like it is Windows 10 that is problematic while System Requirements, it is indicated that this OS is supported.

Hello ​@sauvegarde Can you check the sub client properties and check for the filters if you have filtered the files mentioned in the document below by mistake?
