Hello All,, 

i have question “how many mailboxes can be handled by 1 service account ?” 

environment : Exchange On-Premises

Problem :  archive job complete with one or more errors 

Reason 1 : Throttling from office 365. Failed to process mailboxes due to [The Request failed. unable to connect to the remote Server]

Reason 2 : Throttling from office 365. Failed to process mailboxes due to [EWS Error in enumeratings folders. Reason : The Request failed. unable to connect to the remote Server]

Hi @Tyo please review the following documentation reference on requirement of service account

since you are using ews please ensure throttling policy enabled for those service accounts
