Commvault Services don't start on client

Hello dear colleagues,

can someone please tell me what to do if the Commvault services on the client no longer start? I don't know what happened, but the services on the client (see image below) no longer want to start. Is there a trick or a recommendation that can be used? When backing up the client, the following error message appears (attached picture below).

Hi @Eugen,

 

I’d suggest checking the CVD.log of the client machine to see if any errors/failures are reported in the log file at the time the services are started.

To view the log file: From Process Manager in the “Troubleshooting” tab, you can right click CVD and select “Open Log”.
