unable to export office 365 email to PST or CAB file

Hi,

I have a probleme in exporting emails to PST or CAB files. The job isn't starting and display an error message saying "error downloading files." I haven't been able to locate any logs related to this error.

@Elmahdi Achraf  Were you able to confirm that Outlook X64 is installed on the webserver? 
If you are still having issues suggest opening a support case to review.

please confirm prequisite(outlook 64 bit is required) is configured for export to work as per below reference

note: latest version of outlook 64 bit is supported for export to work.
