Restore permission restriction

There is currently no out of the box way to do this but if you are ok doing some coding then one possibility is to create a business logic workflow to force the copy precendece to be primary copy when a restore is started. There are some pre-built Business logic workflows for restore in the commvault store which you can use as the starter. here is an example.
