Hi @Rahul Shinde

Whats the version of Commvault and BRTools in use?

Please ensure the recommended brtools version + patch level are in place

Docs link → https://documentation.commvault.com/2022e/expert/3086_sap_oracle_agent_system_requirements_03.html

Ensure the permissions are good, use oracle group for commvault install, if the group is not used try running cvpkgchg -g <group name> -p 775 and rerun the restore

In case if the issue still persists then open a support incident and once of us could review.

Regards,

Gowri Shankar

Hello @Rahul Shinde,

Since we’re getting a seg fault here, I’d suggest opening up a case with support so that the team can check this further for you. - We’ll need the logs from this client and any core dumps (if present).

Best Regards,

Michael

Thanks Michael. I will troubleshoot more and if not found solution, then I will raise the case with Commvault support team.
