Metallic backup portable to onpremise

Hi , the data that's backup’d  in metallic cloud , be copied(AUX copy  or similar ) to On-premise  Commvault (Hyperscalex or similar)? 

 

any lead would be appreciated ?

Thanks for reaching out, Metallic does offer on-premise options for storing data locally. For further information you may want to reach out to sales@Metallic.io
 

If you’re currently leveraging CommVault software to back up workloads, Metallic cannot leverage those existing CommCell registrations to store primary or secondary copies, the machines would have to be registered and deployed using our Metallic solution.

If you want to simply recopy the data from one source to another it will be possible after adding e.g. additional cloud or disk library. Then jobs will be simply moved from one place to another.

 

Or even 


if you wish to recopy data from Metallic (one CommServe) to another CommServe it would be more complex.
