How to find out from ComCell who disabled a backup?

Hello All, 

I hope your day is going well. 

I am have am troubleshooting a Synthetic backup failure from the weekend.  I noticed that the filesystem backup failed because it it disabled.  How do I fine out the person who disabled the file system backup from the CommCell?
