is there a way to setup log rotate / truncate for the cvd or the mysqlbackupparent.log within commvault ? or is it just done from a native cron?

Sorry @Matthew M. Magbee, not sure I 100% understand the question.

Our logs will roll over automatically, they have a default size (usually 5mb default). You can alter these params via the process manager > logging tab.

https://documentation.commvault.com/2022e/expert/5554_setting_logging_parameters_in_process_manager.html

If the above isn’t what you are after please let me know and I’ll try again.

Thanks,

Chris
