Report for VM machines failed backups

Hi,

We use intelliSnap to backup our NetApp datastores. Sometimes, the backups are completed, but some of the VMs in the datastores failed. I wonder if we can generate a report for the individual VMs that failed?

You can create Alerts when a job is failing/completing with errors.

You will not be able to specify the Datastore though.

However you can add the VMs from that specific Datastore in a Client Group and then specify that Group under the Alert options:

Hi @TD89 ,

The Job Summary Report will be for the whole job(s), but you can generate a report as csv and then filter for failed VMs.

Sebastien

Hi @Sebastien Merluzzi

Thank you for a super quick answer :), Also, can I have email alerts for the failed backup VMs? We do have the email alerts for the whole datastores when their backups failed.
