Failed o restore the Azure VM snapshot (Non Intellisnap)

Getting below error during the snapshot restoration. What could be the reason and how to fix this issue.

 

Unable to create a new virtual machine [WEAZPRDAWST01] on host [RG-PRD-SAP-EU-WST-001] datastore [stalogsprdsapeu001].  [A disk with sku 'Premium_ZRS' cannot be created in an availability zone. Code=OperationNotAllowed, HTTP Code=400-Bad Request]

Good afternoon
CMR # 377105 is already created for ZRS disk support via Azure. Currently the workaround is to restore using the below options : 1. During the restore select standard SKU/HDD. This will create LRS disk on the destination. 2. Other workaround for Full VM restore is to select 'Virtual Machine Files' option and download VHD to a location. Then upload the VHD to the Azure portal and create a VM.
