help with install commserve failover package on pre-deployed commserve .ova

Hi guys, 

 i just deployed a VMware Image of CV ( 11.36.39) primary and also secondary one for secondary commserve. I wanna configure a livesynce between comserve in my lab. I just log in the primary one as root and dowloaded a commvault_linux_media_11.36.tar and extract it and run a “Install commserver faillover” nothing happen and hangs… 

any advices or best-practices  ?

If the installation gets stuck, it is recommended to check the installdbg.log file on the CommServe to identify any issues.

Since the CS is already deployed, you can add the software to the cache and attempt to install the CommServe Failover package using the "Add Software" option in the Command Center.
