I recommend starting by checking the CvPerfLogAnalyze.log. You can send this log file while running a job.
The Performance Analysis Tool generates a report that identifies bottlenecks and other issues related to the job. It runs automatically as part of the "Sending Log Files for a Job" procedure in the CommCell Console. For more information, you can refer to this documentation:

The data read metric appears to be low relative to the total data backed up.
Given that I am backing up my IBM i server using a proxy, can you confirm whether the data read reflects the transfer from the proxy to the IBM i server? Additionally, I would like to mention that my CommServe and MediaAgent are hosted on the same server.
