Hello

i would like retire client and job for that is in waiting status - 

Error code: [19:857]

Description: waiting on user input [Retire agent [ DB -> Windows File System ] requested by [ admin ]]
Source: cs-vm, Process: Workflow

At monitoring - approvals no items here, no open approvals.

solved, two users at master group are required - you can not approve someself:-)
