In the meantime, I found the following timestamp and also warning about the snapshot creation for the mentioned VMs. However, there is no reason mentioned in the logs for why the snapshot creation is disabled.
Error Code: [91:482]
Description: Snapshot creation is disabled on (VM Name).
Please help to find the solution for this error.
if you right click on the job and view logs, and you look for that error in a log called vsbkp.log, do you see an explanation several lines below such as that this was disabled by vCloud Director.

I have checked in vsbkp.log but there is no explanation. we have initiated vm snapshort from VCD and it’s completed successfully.

Does it say CVMWareInfo::CreateVMSnapshot() - Create snapshot is disabled on VM [VM Name] by [Site Recovery Manager]?
