I’m trying to run an intellisnap backup of an Oracle database, but unable to resolve why it’s not running. The array has been added to Commvault properly, intellisnap is configured on the host, but every time I try to run a backup I get hit with the following error message:
Error Code: [32:392]
Description: Failed to prepare snapshot. : [VendorId [DELL ] for device [/dev/sda] is not matching for DellEMCPS]
Trying to troubleshoot the error message and I can’t seem to figure out where I’m going wrong.
