change sfp port from 10G to 25G on Hyperscale servers

Hello,

We have an hyperscale environment with 3 nodes that works with SFP 10G - we upgraded our network infrastructure 

Can we just bring the Hyperscale node offline (https://documentation.commvault.com/11.24/expert/stopping_and_starting_hyperscale_x_reference_architecture_node.html) replace all SFPs (from the 10G to the 25G SFPs)

and it would work? or there is some scripts  that need to be run after we replace the SFPs?

Hi LiorRN,

Assuming that you are not changing IPs and/or VLAN tags, then yes these steps should work. Don’t forget to suspend the jobs running on the node, and place it in maintenance mode (steps 1 and 2).

@LiorRN - That should work. But, ensure to put the node in maintenance at the CV end
