Commvault completion certificate and badges

Hello,

I passed first exam of  “Commvault Professional Foundations” on November 2022,

on 27/07/2023 I passed second exam “Professional Advanced” it’s been almost a month until today I haven’t received my course completion certificates.

How long does the verification and certification procedure usually take?
