getting index errors when trying to backup active directory on commvault

after setting up the policy to backup active directory, i am getting index errors when it try to do a full backup or any backup of the active directory, all my other backups are working fine such as the file backups and vcenter backups.

Please share what version of the software you on, as well as what the error being seen is.

Hi @backing up active directory ,

Also, Is this V1 or V2 Indexing and can you share these errors?

using version  11.28.36

not sure what indexing version it is
