We are not able to logon Commcell console due to SSO admin locked. We don’t have any accounts to logon.
Please advise how to unlock the admin account.

As per thread:
If neither you, nor any of your colleagues have admin access to the system, you will have to wait for the lockout period to expire.
The time depends on the value set for the additional setting: AccountLockDuration

You can also open a case with Support to reset the timer, then you need to modify Lock Duration
