Is there a specific upgrade path to follow when going from 11.20.77 to 2022E?

Is this something a customer can do on their own or should they request assistance making a jump of this nature?

That’s something they should be able to do on their own.

  1. Download 11.28/2022E
  2. Apply to CS
  3. then Media Agents
  4. then clients

should be a pretty smooth experience.
