    Hello @Oracle 

    Thanks for the question, can you please advise the OS you are using? There is a known issue with  windows server 2003.

    Can you confirm the Commvault version you are running? There is a hotfix for a similar issue that was released in F28.32

    Can you please confirm the Oracle version?
