Hi

After upgrading to 11.34, the JAVA console login show

‘Logged In…...Intializing UI’ and remains stuck there

(This is an SSO login)

No Issues with CommandCenter

Tried Logging in with a local admin accounts, and still the same issue

(ie ‘cancelling the login - and then entering details manually for the local account login)

Has anyone ‘seen’ this recently

Hi @YYZ

open task manager on the windows machine and kill open JDK process.
During the login try to press ALT + F8 to enable GUI login.
Disable security software and verify the login process

If it still fails kindly share the GUI logs under content store to review further.

Hi Pradeep

I was able to login (via the JAVA GUI) by upgrade from 11.34.1 to 11.34.11

(for the entire CommServe)

I appreciate the very quick reply

It is a mistake to let the Java Commcell Console die.
