Aftere Commserve IP Change - E-mails are failing to be sent

Hello,

We have changed our Commserve IP and noticed that after the change E-mail notifications cannot be sent from the Commserve machine ( Alerts , reports etc. )
Are there any Commserve IP dependencies for that matter ?

It was indeed a whitelist issue on the mail server.

Maybe a infra firewall or mail relay whitelist on a mailserver?

Shouldn't be a limitation within the commserve as it connects to the mail server / relay server directly as configured in the control panel
