When you add audit’s to a client it does not show up in the audit trail report.

Are there plans to fix this?

It seems like missing functionality.

Hello @christopherlecky,

This is intentional, the Audit tab for an entity is more of an area to add detailed notes whereas the Audit trail tracks Events and Configuration changes

I understand, but here is the thing.

The description field is also used to add notes, and description changes show up in the audit trail report.

So it seems as if we are losing capabilities since there is no analogous client audit report as far as I can tell.

A Car has been opened to address it, thanks @Matt Medvedeff
