Error de backup de VMware

Hola estimados tengo un error al ejecutar una backups por schedule. Veo que en los el error es por los token. ¿Alguna idea de este error?

I don’t seem to be able to open that file, can you copy/past the error in our Documentation and see if there is an Article, KB or Post?

Are the services up and running on your VSA c4pxycvlt01?

If so can you succesfully perform a check readiness on the VSA?
