I have an HCI cluster 23h2 that I want to add for VM protection, but I'm unable to add the cluster in Commvault.
The error message reads: 'Failed to install the File System Core Package. The credentials entered may not have permission to use WMI on the remote machine. Please check WMI configuration and user credentials.'

I verified credentials all is right.
Is the package delivered to the destination client? It would be seen in c:\CVMedia.
If so, did the software start installation under c:\program files\Commvault (or any folder chosen for the destination of binaries)?
If so, what does the c:\program files\Commvault\log files\install.log tell?.
If not, what can you find under c:\programdata\Commvault Systems?

Yes it delivered the package in c:\CVMedia.
But Software installation not started. there is noting any folder
So you’d see an error in either application or security event log short after last file was created.
