Hello,

I have an issue with my Hyper-V backup

I have 1 Hyper-V node in pause - the rest (another 3 nodes) are online

the job fail with the error that there is 1 node that is unreachable (the one in pause state)

I tried to find workaround for this issue without success

Is there any workaround to skip the on node in pause? without taking the node out of the content

Best regards,

Can you try remove the VSA proxy corresponding to the downed node from being in the list of proxies on the subclient or VSA client?

In the past I have seen jobs work even with a node offline (the job will still complete with errors), but Commvault seems to perhaps be picking the downed node as its primary proxy node, causing the backup to not start at all.
