Hello
One of the fundamental rules of Commvault is that you can only restore data with the same amount of streams that were used to protect the data in the first place.
By default CV is going to try use all the streams it can during a restore and if you are finding it not use as many as you would like i would guess that is due to a small number used during the backup.
