Commvault Emails in German

This seems like an unusual issue. Could you please confirm whether you are seeing these in the Community platform, or are they being delivered to your inbox?

Would you also be able to share a screenshot for reference?

This looks like a marketing automation issue rather than something related to the Community platform, so it’s outside the Community’s scope.

I’d suggest checking if there’s a “Manage Preferences” link at the bottom of the email where you might be able to update your region or language settings (if that option is available). You could also try replying directly to the email and asking the marketing team for assistance ; they should be able to help correct it.

Thank you ​@Jennifer Kelley I don’t have any options in the email to get to anything other than unsubscribe.  It happened some time last year near the new year I think.  If you need more of a date I can sort through my email and see if I can get around the date it changed.  Why I never delete email lol
