Vmware Vsan NFS share

Hi Everyone,

 

Just writing in to check if we have any documents related to Vmware Vsan NFS file shares ( it is only released in vsphere 7 update 2) ? Am i right to say it does not really matters since we can backup directly via NFS protocol?

@lawysy correct. The data that resides on NFS/SMB shares who are presented via vSAN File Services can be protected through a regular FileSystem agent. However it would be nice if Commvault adds IntelliSnap support. You can b.t.w. use a workaround see:
